Was on a long journey from the States to Quebec City and I noticed I was running low on oil. I did a quick Google search and MB of Quebec came up as being nearby. Frédérick and the techs were amazing in getting me back on the road quickly without an appointment. 5 stars all around!
We were shopping for a vehicle and came across a used E300 at Mercedes d’Quebec. We are located in Atlantic Canada and were apprehensive of buying a car sight unseen but Simon Rousseau gained our trust very quickly with his transparency and responsiveness. Honestly, in 50 years of driving, this was the best experience we’ve had even with comparing to a local purchase!
